What Is Legacy Link

More Than an Activity.
A Meaningful Experience.

A guided group conversation program that gives residents space to reflect, share, and preserve their stories across four meaningful phases — building toward a completed personal Legacy Book.

4
Phases · Ongoing program
  • Storytelling-centeredResidents share life experiences in a guided, supportive group setting — no pressure, no clinical assessment.
  • Builds toward something realEach phase contributes to a completed Legacy Book — a personal keepsake families will treasure for generations.
  • Professionally facilitatedEvery session is led by a trained Legacy Link facilitator — warm, consistent, and deeply committed to each resident.
  • Ongoing engagementAfter the Legacy Book is complete, Phase 4 keeps residents engaged with continuing enrichment sessions.
  • Flexible by designThe program is built around your residents and your facility — sessions, pacing, and content are always adapted to fit your community's unique needs.
The Program

Four Phases. One Lasting Legacy.

Legacy Link is designed as a continuing program — Phases 1 through 3 build the resident's Legacy Book, and Phase 4 keeps the enrichment going long after the book is complete.

This outline is a guide, not a script. Every Legacy Link program is designed around the unique needs, interests, and pace of your residents and your facility — sessions can be adapted, reordered, or expanded at any time.

The Difference Is
In the Room

"

Our residents started talking about things they'd never shared before. I've been in senior living for 14 years and I've never seen anything quite like it.

"

My mother came home from the session and called me just to tell me about a memory she'd never mentioned in 40 years. That alone was worth everything.

I look forward to Tuesdays now. We all do. It's something different — it's real. We're not playing Bingo. We're telling our stories.
