Sharing Life Stories. Preserving What Matters.
A life-enrichment program that preserves personal histories, strengthens family bonds, and delivers a personal Legacy Journal for every participant and their family.
Each session guides participants through the chapters of their life — their roots, relationships, wisdom, and legacy — fostering personal growth, meaningful connection, and the simple tools to share and preserve their story for generations to come.
Legacy Link is offered in two structured tracks — each built around the same belief: every story deserves to be heard, captured, and preserved. Both programs deliver a structured, multi-phase curriculum and a meaningful keepsake the participant keeps for life.
Life-story programming for senior living communities and older adults.
Identity, story, and forward-planning programming for youth in foster care, court-involved youth, and young people navigating major life transitions.
A guided group conversation program that gives residents space to reflect, share, and preserve their stories across four meaningful phases — building toward a completed personal Legacy Journal.
Every resident has a story worth telling. Each session creates a warm, guided space for residents to share life experiences — no pressure, no clinical assessment.
At intake, every resident designates a Legacy Partner — a family member or close friend who joins the journey from the very first session, contributing photos, memories, and meaningful connection alongside their loved one.
Every session is led by a trained Legacy Link facilitator working under licensed clinical oversight — warm, consistent, and deeply committed to each resident and their story.
Each phase contributes to a completed Legacy Journal — a personal keepsake families will treasure for generations.
After the Legacy Journal is complete, Phase 4 keeps residents engaged with continuing enrichment sessions — the community built never stops growing.
The program is built around your residents and your facility — sessions, pacing, and content are always adapted to fit your community's unique needs.
Legacy Link is a continuing program — Phases 1 through 3 build the resident's Legacy Journal, and Phase 4 keeps the enrichment going long after the Legacy Journal is complete.
Legacy Link creates value that ripples outward — from the resident in the room to the family member at home.
Every young person has a story — and Legacy Link Youth gives them the structure and the space to capture it. The program is designed for two distinct populations.
For Youth in Foster Care:
For many of these young people, their story has been shaped by circumstances they did not choose. Legacy Link Youth gives them a guided way to capture their identity, their history, and their voice — preserving the pieces of who they are across placements, transitions, and the long road toward permanency.
For Court-Involved Youth and Young People at a Turning Point:
For youth navigating the courts, probation, or other major life transitions, Legacy Link Youth offers a structured way to step back, take stock, and build a personal roadmap forward — focused on identity, accountability, and the future they want to build.
Through structured sessions, reflective journaling, and a step-by-step online platform that walks participants through each phase, youth develop a finished Legacy Workbook and a Legacy Forward Plan — a personal record of who they are, where they have been, and where they are headed.
Currently available for partnership with foster care agencies, child placing agencies, juvenile courts, DFCS regions, and youth-serving nonprofits.
Contact Us for More InformationLegacy Link was founded in memory of my parents — two people whose lives were full of stories, wisdom, and moments that shaped everything about who I am and who our family became.
When I watched loved ones enter senior living communities, I noticed something that stayed with me: the activities were plentiful, but the deeper conversations — the ones about a life truly lived — rarely had a home. There was no structured space where a resident could sit down, reflect, and say this is who I am, this is what I lived through, and this is what I want you to know.
Legacy Link was designed to be that space.
It is not therapy. It is not recreation. It is simply a place where residents are given the time, the structure, and the gentle encouragement to remember — and to share. The moments that shaped them. The people they loved. The hard times they survived and the good times they never want to forget.
Because those stories matter. They matter to the families who will carry them forward. They matter to the grandchildren who will one day open a leather journal and read their grandmother's handwriting for the first time. And they matter to the residents themselves — who deserve to know that their story is worth telling, and that someone is there to listen.
That is Legacy Link. Built with love. Built with purpose. Built so that no story gets left behind.
